All our units are stored indoors in secure, purpose-built warehouses.
When you request access, your unit is brought to a covered area, meaning it is never exposed to the elements.
Yes! We’re happy to offer a professional packing service, which is charged per box. Please see our packing services here.
Absolutely! We can dismantle your furniture and will carefully reassemble everything when we deliver it back to you.
We Pack & Store includes limited liability cover of £50 per item as standard. You can extend this for £1.50 per £1,000 of additional cover.
Our team will come to your property, safely load everything into our vans, and take it to our warehouse where we place it securely into storage containers for you. Once ready we will transport your goods back to our secure warehouse and redeliver when you need them.
We use specially designed 35 sq. ft. containers to keep your items safe. Each container is about 225cm x 151cm x 212cm in size, offering around 250 cubic feet of storage space.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your storage collection as early as possible.
There is no maximum storage period — you can store your items with us for as long as you need.
The minimum storage period is 4 weeks. You can of course come out of storage during the 4 weeks, but the 4 week rental price would still apply.
We utilise two warehouses, both in and around Guildford. We can collect from all areas shown on our location page.
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in the UK or overseas, with extra charges for addresses outside our local area.
To make things as smooth as possible, we recommend giving us plenty of notice when you’d like your goods back — especially in the busy summer months, as redelivery is always subject to availability. We’ll always try to match your preferred date, but booking early gives you the best chance.
Yes, we operate on Saturdays. An additional charge applies, so please mention this when booking for an accurate quote.
